We collect account details you provide, OAuth tokens for connected platforms, clip metadata processed through Splyc, and usage logs required to secure and operate the service.
Data is used to authenticate you, manage clip workflows, queue uploads, and maintain the platform. Tokens are encrypted, refreshed only when necessary, and revoked if you disconnect a provider.
We share data only with service providers who support hosting, analytics, and customer support obligations. Providers may not use your data for their own purposes.
You may disconnect connected accounts, delete your Splyc account, or request a copy of your data by emailing support@splyc.app.
Splyc uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We retain data while your account remains active and delete it when no longer needed or upon request, unless retention is required by law.
