Splyc does not own or claim rights to user-generated or third-party content. You are responsible for how you use Splyc and for any content you share through it.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by your local law to use Splyc. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
You may be required to create an account and connect third-party platforms through OAuth authorization. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@splyc.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to upload or distribute content without the necessary rights or permissions. Do not attempt to bypass security features or interfere with Splyc?s operation. Misuse of the Service, including sharing infringing, harmful, or illegal content, may result in account suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or process through Splyc. By using the platform, you grant Splyc a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely for operating the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploads and re-shares comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights. Splyc may remove or disable content in response to legal requests or DMCA notices.
Your use of connected services such as Twitch, YouTube, or Kick is subject to their own terms and conditions. Splyc is not responsible for changes, restrictions, or enforcement actions taken by those platforms.
Splyc respects the intellectual property of others and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content accessible through Splyc infringes your copyright, please follow the process outlined in our DMCA Policy located at splyc.app/dmca. We respond promptly to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
You may delete your account at any time via your settings or by contacting support@splyc.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data consistent with our Privacy Policy located at splyc.app/privacy.
The Service is provided ?as is? and ?as available.? Splyc makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors or security issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Splyc and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to use Splyc in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Splyc, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
